Transcript for "Vanta AI in Practice":
Hello, everyone, and welcome to Vanta's AI in practice training. I'm Jaquez, and I will be your facilitator today. We're gonna give a couple of minutes for those who signed up for the train to enter into the training room here. But in the meantime, if you could, in the chat, introduce yourself. Let us know where you're joining us from. And, also, if you had an AI digital twin to take one compliance task off your plate today, which one would you hand over first? I'm gonna mute myself in the meantime, but we're gonna begin shortly. But feel free to definitely answer those questions in the chat, get us acquainted with one another, and we'll begin short shortly, team. Alrighty. For those who are coming in, free to introduce yourself in the chat. Let us know where you're joining us from, and also share your insight about if you had your digital twin, which task would you like for that digital twin to take over for you? Okay? My name is Shaques. I am the program manager for down market education here at Vanta. So when it comes to a lot of your live trainings, you're gonna definitely hear from me. I'm also your strategist when it comes to specific items that you're trying to do inside of Vanta and definitely allowing you to leverage your program the best. Okay? So this is gonna be a great training. This is our second one. I think we worked out, you know, most of the kinks in this one, so it should be a nice flow. And we definitely extended the the session, by the way, hour and thirty minutes. I'm not gonna talk for the entire hour and thirty, but I wanna make sure we have enough room for your questions and to cover all of the material because there's a lot that Vanta dot ai, the Vanta agent can do for you and your organization. Okay? So sit back, relax, grab your coffee if you have any, or your juice or water. This is gonna be a great, session. And the way I like to do it, definitely feel free to ask questions as we go. What I'll do is tap back and forth in the chat to answer questions about that specific section. And from that point, we'll move forward to the next section. Okay? So you have the option as well. And you can also wait towards the end if you would like to ask a specific question. I'm definitely gonna stay on until all questions are answered, so no worry there. But before we begin, let me take a look in the chat. Let me see who we have joining us today. Let's see. Welcome back, Beat. You're coming from North Carolina, AI twin to answer questionnaires. Oh, yeah. Oh, that's a good one. That's a good one. Patrick, welcome back again. London, UK. You said you love for the digital twin to nag your colleagues on Slack to complete their overdue test. Ignore you. Yeah. You know, that's a funny one right there. Yeah. Those email notifications, they can definitely put that filter on, right, and move them someplace else. However, I believe there if you do, and I gotta figure out how this work, I'm not a 100% sure, there's a way to connect it to your Slack your company Slack integration so that way they can get a lot of dings there when certain things need to be completed. I'll try to find it towards the end. Remind me, Patrick, Because we use that in house. So anytime, like, for example, if I have an incomplete security task or something like that, I get a, like, a Slack message daily until that thing is corrected. And it's it's literally sent just to me, not inside of a channel, that sort of thing. So, yeah, let me try to figure out. We got some documentation that can solve that problem there. Jay, welcome back, Jay, and I hope everything's been going smooth. The process for the role coming from San Diego. Welcome. Welcome. Heather SD, incident remediation. Okay. Okay. That's a good one. Jill from Virginia. Welcome, Jill. Let's see. William from Sumter, South Carolina. If you had an AI twin, you said would be answering questionnaires would be great. Yeah. Welcome. Welcome, William. Denisha from Washington DC. Welcome, Denisha. Sergio from Brazil. Welcome back, Sergio. Help as a contractor to achieve SOC two using Vanta. Okay. Perfect. Definitely. Definitely. Jerry from DC. Welcome. Is so Jerry and Denisha, are y'all coming from the same company? Let me know in the bottom of the chat. I know we have some team members that attend these trainings that they're both at the same organization. You say you're the peeps above. Let the AI answer the questions. Okay. We're definitely gonna see that today. No worry at all. Kiara, welcome from Baltimore, Maryland. All of the above. No problem. Telman from Baku, welcome. Kevin from Colorado Springs, welcome. Jennifer, assign them with Vanta if you are hooked to Slack. Yeah. Exact exactly. Anders, hello from Stockholm, Sweden. Jennifer from Olaf, Kansas. Priscilla from Savannah, Georgia. Oh, Savannah's in the house. Georgia in the house. I'm also in Atlanta, Georgia, by the way, team. So I know we got a lot of Vanta customers in Atlanta, which is amazing. Ruben from Washington DC, welcome. I'll see here. Jerry. No. Okay. You're not. Okay. Yeah. No problem at all. That was nice. That was nice. Yeah. We usually have, like, orgs, you know, entire orgs attendance sometimes. So I definitely like to call y'all out if you are so I can give you a good little shout out before we get things in. Alright, team. So a lot of great ideas, a lot of different things shared in the chat. Definitely excited about that. But this session, we're gonna go through, again, as many of the AI features as possible, but we're gonna focus on strategic initiatives so that way you can use them effectively. Okay? So definitely look out for that. Now before we actually dive into everything, let me just share the plan for today. So we're gonna first start out with, you know, what Vanta dot ai is and how it shows up. And we're gonna do that by giving you a clear mental model of the Vanta .ai intelligence layer. So this is gonna help you understand how it processes your unique data. Okay? So you're gonna see this in a couple of slides. Alright? Next, we're gonna enable and manage Vanta AI, and this is where we're gonna get practical. Okay? I'm gonna show you the exact toggles to flip to turn what we call the brain on, and more importantly, how to use the safety gates to keep your internal work private while you get audit ready. Okay? And then we're gonna discuss how to use Vanta dot ai across the compliance life cycle. So this is the heart of the session. We're gonna walk through real world scenarios from fixing failing tests and mapping policies to vetting vendors in seconds. And we're gonna do this by, you know, using the Vanta agent, whether it be the side panel or the full view, which you'll see as we go deeper in. And, of course, towards the end, we'll have time for a q and a, but feel free to ask as we go. If you have any questions, I'm definitely here to help. So just wanna make that clear as well. Okay? For those who just entered in when I explained how the q and a portion work, what I'll do is I tap my screen to discuss the demo environment. And then once I'm done with the section, I'll tap back to see if we have any additional questions. From there, we can answer those in real time. Alrighty, team. Now I'm gonna start with a little bit of a story so that way we can kinda tie things together because it's a great way to really build up and understand how things work. Right? So before we actually dive into the software, we're gonna start with this story called the compliance scramble. Okay? So think about your typical Friday afternoon. You're finally seeing the button I mean, the bottom of your inbox when your sales lead, Paul, sends you a Slack. Speaking of Slack, I know we were talking about that in the chat. He's found a new AI tool he wants to buy by Monday, but he needs you to approve the vendor first. Now you're stuck reviewing their SOC two report and their security questionnaire to see if they meet your organization's requirements before they can even be touched by your team. Now while you're acting as the procurement gatekeeper for Paul, your lead engineer, Janelle, pings you. She's trying to wrap up her sprint, but her endpoint protection test is failing in Vanta. She's uploaded a screenshot of her antivirus software, but Vanta is still marking it as failing. So she doesn't understand the test logic, and she's now asking you for just five minutes on Zoom to troubleshoot the evidence. To top it all off, you realize that your annual audit is weeks away and your internal policies haven't been updated to match your latest framework. In this scramble, you feel less like a security leader and more like a human search engine. You're doing the data entry for Paul's vendor review, tech support for Janelle's test failure, and then project management for the auditor all at once. Today, I'm gonna show you how to use Vanta AI as it functions as your digital twin. I'm gonna show you how it helps you vet Paul's vendors in seconds, give Janelle the automated remediation steps she needs to fix her own test, perform those gap analysis for your policies, and we're gonna follow a specific journey. And this journey consists of we're gonna make sure that the internal systems are incorrect balance first, which is where we call fix the house internally first. And then once everything is fixed and ready to go, we're gonna then open the doors to growth second, and that's where we turn on that trust center. Okay? That's gonna be our final component, but this gives you a quick understanding of where this journey will go today. Now one more slide before we go into the demo because I wanna break down how Vanta dot ai works. Okay? Now let's talk about what's happening under the hood. Okay? So that way you have a good understanding of this specific component. Vanta dot ai isn't just another generic chatbot. Public AI tools, they give you that book smart answer based on, you know, the general Internet so they don't know your business entirely. But Vanta dot ai is a context engine. And what happens is it's trained specifically on your compliance program. So you're gonna hear me preach that a lot throughout the training because it's very important for you to understand that the Vanta AI is becoming your in house GRC auditor, all the above. Now it has the ability to read your unique policies. It understands the controls you've selected or that you have in your setup. It sees the live evidence coming in from your integrations. And because it understands the link between a policy and a test, it provides what we consider street smart answers specific to your actual environment. So we divide this intelligence into two distinct experiences. Okay? The Vanta agent, this is your internal partner. It lives inside your daily workflows, your policies, your tests, your vendor reviews. And this specific component or partner is designed to empower your team to solve their own problems without needing a meeting with you. You're gonna love this. Okay? Then the second experience is the Trust Center AI, and this is your external partner. This is the front door for prospects. It summarizes your compliance posture for buyers in real time, and it makes that sales process easy for you and your team. Now remember, the philosophy for today is gonna be internal excellence first and then external growth second. So we wanna make sure that our data is audit grade before we let AI speak to our customers. Okay? Now let's take a look inside the software and see how we can manage that specific level of control. So I'm gonna stop sharing this slide here. I'm gonna pull up my demo environment. Where is it at? There we go. Let me make sure you can see what I see. Alright. Looks like we're good to go. Perfect. Perfect. Now before we before we jump in to the Vanta AI tooling, I wanna point out a resource that you have accessible to you, and it's right at the top right of your screen here, and that is this question mark icon. Okay? If you go to chat with us, you'll be able to chat with ask Elma who is Vanta's AI bot who is a master of every piece of content in our help center. Okay? So if you need anything product specific, that is a great path to go into. I just wanna point that out because it's almost like a form of immediate support. And if Elma doesn't have the answer for you, definitely ask it to, you know, chat with a real human, and you'll be routed to our tech support team who can definitely assist you with getting some of those answers that you're looking for. Okay? So I wanna point this out before we begin. It's almost like your final, you know, button, the red button when it's like all this fails. Right? However, the Vanta agent should be your go to, and it should be proficient enough to provide you with all the info that you need. Okay? So to get started, moving from this point, we need to authorize Vanta to begin analyzing our data, and we start in the administrative back end. Okay? So I want you to think of this as turning the power on in the workshop before we start building. So let's head to our settings here. And while we're here, let me point out something new that's gonna be rolling out pretty soon. Before, you would have settings inside of each section here, but we're working on placing every single setting that you'll use in this side panel here. Okay? So pretty soon, you're gonna see all of your settings that you normally find. Let me deselect this. And all of these areas here, you're gonna find it here. Okay? It's a way to, you know, make things easier, You know, makes makes it to where your settings is actually all settings. Right? Which makes things 10 times easier for you and your team. But we're gonna start here. We're gonna go to AI. And this specific area here is how we turn on the Vanta AI for our entire Vanta account. Okay? The moment you enable this, which it it's already enabled here because it is a test environment that the entire org use let me share the caveat as well. So you may see some funny things as we go through this demo. Don't worry. Enjoy the laugh along the way. But this is where you turn it on inside your entire Avanta instance. Okay? So this is gonna be like, you know, now that we're ready to get things in motion, we're gonna turn on that digital twin here. And once it is enabled, you're gonna see it activated throughout your entire account. So, for example, you see it here. This icon here or this option to use it here is based on the page view. So, for example, let's just say we were in our, you know, policy section here and we had a question about a policy on that page. You'll wanna select this option so that way it'll, in real time, provide you with oh, let's change that. Provide you with information about that page. Okay? So as soon as you open it, the Vanta agent knows that I need to focus on whatever is on this page. This option here is the full screen. So it's almost like working in, you know, your normal LLMs such as chat GBT, perplexity, etcetera. This is where you can just hone in and completely work with the Vanta agent to work through whatever problem, question, or project you have in mind. Okay? We're gonna revisit this one later on in the demo, but I wanted to point this out so that way you are aware that when you turn it on, the different locations and what they represent. Okay? So remember this one. Think of this as a workspace. You're gonna work entirely here. So this is where you're gonna, you know, build it out if you wanna work with Vanta agent from start to finish. And this option here, which you can see is grayed out because we're on this page, but let me go to let me go back to my settings. But this option here is on page specific questions. Okay? So if you're working on, you know, hey. How do I adjust some notifications for x y z? You can ask the Vanta agent. It's going to ensure that it gives you that info. Okay? Now there's also another caveat, not really a caveat, but another bonus to this. The It's reason why we call this the Vanta agent. Eventually, what will happen, and this should just give you some insight before we dive in, the Vanta agent will be able to automatically map your controls to your policies. It's gonna be able to actually do things for you without you having to do it yourself. We're in version one right now, which is where it provides info, gives you insight, and you are the final decide not decider. The final approver of that process. Okay? So you do have to manually, you know, conduct the action that the agent is drawing up for you. But v two, which is what we're working on now, is gonna be at a point where the Vanta agent will actually function as an agent. So think, you know, think Notion agents. Think, you know, ChadGBT agents. All those, you know, Claude agents. Think of those specific components where you set up a role for it to function, and then it just carries it out. Okay? So v one, it provides the info. It gives you exactly what you need to know to build out your program. V two, you're gonna see actions. Okay? Alright, team. So we have our brain turned on. Let me close this out here. Remember, it's found in this AI tab here. Now let's talk about memory. This memory section is where it it kinda you kinda train the Vanta AI to learn your company more. So feel free to add info here that you wanted to kind of, you know, focus on. Right? Or the way that you want the personality to be. Okay? So use this space to really develop your Vanta AI if need be. And one final caveat before we actually go into actions, you can learn more about how the Vanta AI works by selecting this link here and then reading that article connected to it to really understand how it functions. Now we're gonna revisit the settings page once we get to our trust center settings, but right now, we're gonna focus inside of the house. Now with the Vanta agent actively functioning now internally, we're gonna tackle part one of our journey, which is audit readiness. Okay? So we cannot confidently invite prospects to see our security if our internal tests are failing. So compliance is a team sport, but usually the burden falls on one person to explain the why behind every failure. Now we're gonna change that dynamic today because Vanta AI is gonna help guide you on this. So let's locate the test feature. To do this, we're gonna go to our test settings here on the left hand side. Let's get it to load here. There we go. This test page is your one stop shop for understanding the list of security items you need to complete. Okay? Now what we're gonna do is let's make sure we have this filter because I wanna focus on automated test. And the reason why is because I wanna show you how the Vanta AI addresses any failing test. Now we're gonna open up this Datadog integration reporting test here because we have a remediation issue going on here. Now failing tests are where your team loses the most time, and you're gonna notice this when they approach the product. But again, after the session today, they should have a open understanding. Right? Usually, a team member like Janelle from our example would have to wait for you to be free to explain why the test failed and the actions to resolve it. So think about a common use case that you encounter and figure out or just look at the time that it takes for that specific use case to be resolved. So often a team member think that they provided, you know, enough proof or they have everything connected. But remember that a lot of your team members are not auditor minded. So this can lead to a, you know, a weak, long back and forth email chain, but they can use the agent now to self serve and to resolve any failing test. Now we have an issue here where it says this item one item here needs remediation. Now what's great is that our how to remediate button, if you select it, it's going to provide you with steps on how to resolve this. Now in this case, it says a simple sentence, add monitors to your Datadog integration. Again, it's helpful. Right? It's giving us some type of insight, but we want more in-depth info. We're gonna exit out of that. We're gonna select the Vanta agent here, and we're gonna actually ask the agent why did this test fail and how do I resolve it. We're gonna select enter here. We're gonna let the Vanta agent do his thing. It's thinking right now. It's getting test details. And, also, what's great is that you can see the process that the Vanta agent is taking. So don't think that, you know, you're just sitting here, time's going by ticking ticking away. Right? And you're you're not sure what is happening. You're gonna see exactly what's taking place behind the scenes. Now we have a result, and it's saying that the test failed because your Datadog integration does not have any active monitors reporting data. Okay? So this test specifically checks whether at least one Datadog monitor exists and is actively sending monitoring data. Now this is more detailed than that how to remediate button. And not only that, it gave us the resolution steps here. Okay? What's also great is that it's providing us with articles. Now I know what you're thinking. Right? You're probably like, yeah. It's gonna you know, it's great that it provides articles to, you know, your help center to resolve things, but that's not the case. It's actually providing you with Datadog guidance. And let me show you this page real quick here. Based off of how our let me make sure you can see it before I actually talk on it. Okay. There we go. Based off of how the Vanta agent locates the most not strenuous. The most clear straightforward method to get things resolved. And in this case, it found that article on their website on how to fix this specific scenario. Okay? Now, again, it gave you a summary within, and let me share that tab. Go back here. Make sure you can see that. It shared a summary of those specific steps here. And even as you go along, you can literally open up or ask deeper questions if something still doesn't work correctly after following those specific steps. So, again, the Vanta agent is that assistance or that tool that will assist you with the entire process of resolving these failing tests. Okay? Now if this is, you know, a real time scenario to resolve it, you're gonna definitely follow these steps, go through the process. Remember, as I trained in my Vance's central training, your integrations run security test continuously in the background. So once you make your updates, you wanna sync this icon here in real time so it can test it again. And once it comes back as, you know, resolved or good to go, then you know that you are free to move forward. Now I wanna speak about this a little bit further too because when it comes to test, we understand that there's some, you know, frustration behind it, especially when you're trying to figure out how things work or what is happening behind the scenes. But I want you to understand that the Vanta agent is, again, the master of your program as you start to connect those integrations, your policies, your documents, etcetera. But secondly, it has been trained on every single component as much as possible about the security and compliance industry. So it's not just again, like I previously said at the beginning, it's not just a agent or AI that knows all things almost like a Google search. It has been strategically focused or honed in on the security and compliance industry. So as you approach the Vanta agent, come with that idea in mind that is going to help you with your entire program. Okay? Now up next, we're gonna take a look at policy mapping and governance education, okay, and how the Vanta agent will assist you with that. Let me check the chat, see if we have any questions about tests before we move on. Alright. Looks like we're good to go. We're clear here. Fairly simple. Right? Again, if you run into any problems that, you know, the Vanta agent, you're just not getting the results that you need, remember, this is your red button that you can press at any time. Chat with us. Okay? And then you can ask to speak to a live agent or chat with a live agent, and they'll get you, you know, squared away. Alright. So now that we have remediated a test, we're gonna act like we actually did that in real time. Right? We need to address the strategic foundation of your program, which is your policies. Now to access those, we're gonna go to, you know, compliance here, policies. And I want you to think of this page as not just, you know, a document storage area, but as the statement of record for your entire security posture. Okay? Now the biggest challenge in compliance isn't just writing a good policy. It's also ensuring that every claim you make in that document is backed by a control. So if you claim to have MFA enabled in your policy but you haven't mapped it to the correct control or the, you know, one that is designed for that specific policy. An auditor will see this as a gap in coverage. Okay? Now traditionally, this required a human to manually cross reference frameworks for hours, and we know how strenuous this process can be. And, again, time consuming. It could also be months, right, especially if the policy is one of those very extensive policies where you have to really find what is it? Fine tooth comb, I think that's what it's called, right, Through every single component within. But we're gonna use the Vanta AI to turn that research into a real time conversation and to show you how quick this process works. Okay? Now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna I'm gonna actually upload a policy so you can see how this works. We're gonna go to add policy here, and I'm gonna do create new policy. I am gonna call this access control policy, and you wanna put a description here. We're gonna put testing purposes. I'm actually gonna put testing in my name so that way no one don't know why I put that slash here. We're gonna put dash so no one deletes it. We're gonna select add. Oh, let me also point this out. You wanna make sure you have some type of detailed description. This is gonna help your team understand, especially when you have multiple admins. Right? It gives them context into how to approach this specific policy. Oh, another thing too. You wanna make sure that you title this exactly what you have your policy file titled. Okay? So if your policy is access control policy 223, you wanna make sure you name that the same exact thing or rename your file to match this. The reason why it's gonna help organization and ensure that you're actually approaching the correct policy. We're gonna select add here, and it's gonna load up a area for us to actually add that policy in. Okay? Now I'm gonna show you the import method so that way you can see how this work. And then once I'm done with that, I'm gonna go back and show you how you can use the Vanta AI to write it from scratch. Okay? Or just show I'm gonna show you the space because we don't we won't have enough time to actually write it from scratch. But I'm gonna I'm gonna show you the space and how that works. So we're gonna import our existing policy. I'm gonna upload it from my computer. We're gonna select import, and it's gonna take us to the screen to where we can actually upload it. So we're gonna select this option here. Let me locate that policy so I can throw it in there. Boom. And one thing another thing I wanna point out here is that it's gonna ask you about the approval process. So if you already have the approval details in this policy, you can select no. And what it would do is Vanta dot ai will review that policy and extract the approval details so that way it can automatically have it shown. Okay? In this case, we don't. It needs to be approved so we're gonna select yes and then upload. Now since we need an approver, it's gonna ask us to add one here. Perfect. Now what we wanna do is we wanna make ourselves the ourself the approver. I said ourselves. Ourself the approver. But you can make anyone an approver when it comes to a policy depending on how you want your program to function. I'm gonna make myself one, and you can add, I think, up to 15 oh, 25. Here we go. I was gonna say, know the number has a five on it somewhere. 25 approvers per step. K? Since it is myself, I'm not gonna add a message. Feel free if you do add other people, put a message there. We're gonna select next. We don't have to worry about this section because we're good to go here, and we're gonna hit submit. Now we have our policy in Vanta. Now here's the thing. Though it says approved, that's great, but we don't have any controls mapped to this policy. Okay? Now we wanna make sure that we have those controls mapped because it plays a part in the auditing process. Right? We don't want any gaps. We don't want our auditor grilling us on this component because we're missing those controls. So let me show you how this can work here. Remember previously, you'll have to take hours to identify, okay, which controls we need to add here, reading so many documents, reviewing the different frameworks you're trying to achieve, and etcetera. Right? I'm gonna show you the quick process with the Vanta agent. So we're gonna open it up, and you're gonna love this here. Now one thing I do wanna point out, and this is also with any AI tool, we try to train our AI as much as possible to not hallucinate, but definitely always verify to confirm, of course. Right? Because AI first, but not AI only. So definitely check that out. But let me go ahead and guide you on just how we wanna approach this. So we're gonna ask you to read this, and we're gonna name it exactly how it's spelled, assets control policy, and list out every control that I need to map to this policy. So we put read this access control policy and list out every control that I need to map to this policy. We're gonna hit enter. We're gonna let it do its churning and thinking here. And as you can see, it's finding controls that's mapped to the policy to confirm, and we we know that it's not any there. Alright. Slight hallucination again here. Let's try this out. Let me type that in. Let's try one more time. Let's see what it generates for us here. Just reading the policy. There we go. That's what we want right there instead of it trying to check the controls first. Listing the frameworks, listing seven batches of controls here. And again, just like with any AI tool, you have to, like, word it a specific way to get it to understand the language that you're referencing. So you'll definitely have to play around with that from time to time. We're strengthening this, so don't worry. It's gonna be even more streamlined as we get things in motion. It is still thinking here, and here we go. So based on the detailed review of this assets control policy, remember, it read through the policy, okay, to understand what needs to be addressed. And we see here that it says the key controls that should be mapped to this policy to ensure comprehensive coverage for SOC two, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance are the ones listed below. Now how would you move forward with this? Let me show you how. You'll simply take this info here and let's close it out. It's not gonna close out the actual chat. That's the great thing about it. We're gonna select map control. We're gonna type that in. There we go. Perfect. So it gave us some of the user assets provisioning, that that sort of info that we need to add into. Also, keep in mind too that this is the other thing too. It may bunch in multiple controls at once because remember, all of your frameworks have different types of controls that could be, you know, the same ones for each one or it could be a separate one. Okay? So you wanna keep that in mind as well. So we could add in the user access provisioning from the SOC's I two I mean, IT general controls. And then this ISO 2,717, we can add that in as well. Let's go back. Let's take another look at our Vanta agent because I wanna check on another one here. Slow load. What is happening here? There we go. Now take a look at the roles based assets control. Let's take a look at this too. And let me scroll down and see if it actually gave us some more in-depth ones here. Okay. Let me check out this one real quick here. We're gonna go and map that control as well. We're gonna search based off of that term. And we see that we have certain ones that come up that fit this specific subject base. So depending on, again, the specifics of, you know, the different frameworks you have on your account, you're gonna see certain ones appear. Now if I'm not mistaken because our test environment is fully loaded, so if someone's on here live, you can definitely provide me with context on this or I'll just find out offline. But you should only see, if I'm not mistaken, controls based off of whatever frame framework you have loaded into your Vanta instance. So for example, if you have SOC two, you should only see, like, SOC two, if I'm not mistaken. If you have, you know, ISO 2,701, you should only see ISO 2,701. In our testing environment, we have every single one listed, so there's a plethora of different options to choose from. So depending on the framework that you're going after, you should only be able to see and add those that are connected to your specific framework goal. So keep that in mind. Now, again, remember, learning your Advanta agent and getting more specific with it, you can even go in. Let's see if I'm I'm gonna challenge it a little bit more here. I just oh, let me point this out too before I actually challenge it. You can also see the sources of where this information is coming from. So we see specifically, it reviewed my policy, and then it checked this framework. Okay? Then it checked those numerous other ones that are listed below. Then as you can see, it checked back with the control policy, and then it took a look at those more in-depth components here. Now let me actually open this and see. Let me see if it gives me the screen that I wanna express to you very quickly, and it does. Let me show you this very quickly here. Let me share that tab. Now I opened up let me go back to my Avanta agent here so you can see exactly what I did. I looked at my sources, and these specific components are controls that are found on the controls page. I wanna show you exactly what one of these look like. So let me share this screen here. Alright. So this is one of the controls that it recommended. And as you can see, this is located in your controls column. Now depending on and let me see if I can find a different one here because this one already has the info added into it, so we're good to go. But if there was a control let me see if this one I think this is the one that will show me something here. Try this one. If not, it's completely okay. Okay. Perfect. This is exactly what I was looking for. So if you do have controls in here and they don't have controls I mean, not controls, but tests and documents mapped, vanta.ai will search your, you know, specific documents, your integrations connected, and provide you with suggestions for this specific control. Now this leads into how it kinda automates your program. Remember, version one, you have to approve the Vanta agent before it actually acts. Again, it's you protecting your program and, you know, making sure that it's providing you with the right information. Version two, it'll automatically be able to place this info in there for you. So right now, in this case, for this specific control, right, 1 dash 312, it's providing us with 53 tests that it suggests that we add here. And you can actually view those suggestions. And based off of what you see, you can select whether you want to add all of these or if you just wanna add a couple, okay, or a few that makes sense. But this is the Vanta agent working behind the scenes to help you to really get to that 100% progress, you know, percentage when it comes to your framework by automating a lot of the back and forth and the tedious task. Okay? So in this case here, you can actually go ahead and add it, ignore it if you wanted to. It's giving you some background as to why it chose that specific one and how it aligns to your specific area. But just know the Vanta agent is working on your behalf the entire way. Same with documents. It's gonna view every single document you upload, and let's just select view suggestions here. It's gonna siphon through, provide us with a listing of every single document. Let me make sure my can you confirm that you can hear me, team? It seem like my screen is freezing a lot, and I wanna make sure I'm not having any technical issues and okay. Gotcha. Okay. It might be gotcha. Maybe a lot going on with the Vanta right now. Alright. We'll let it do its thing here. Let me go back here. We'll exit out, but it'll provide you with a list of documents. I don't want it to take up most of our time here. And just in case, you you know, you're trying to figure those things out. Okay? So that is our policy section. Remember, this is gonna help you a lot when it comes to that process. Even when it comes to your documents as well, if you're trying to plug it in, it will help you with that process of mapping those controls also. Okay? Remember, v one, it provides you with guidance, but when it comes to that v two, it's gonna do it for you. Alright, team. Now that we have that specific component addressed, we wanna now take a look at operational efficiency. Okay? This is where we have our vendor tools come into play here. Now let's go ahead and just kinda give a little bit of a background story to tie this in a little bit. Okay? So we spent, you know, the last bit here making sure the internal, you know, operations were flawless, test passing, policies are sharp. But as any compliance leader knows, you're often only as secure as the vendors you trust. Now this is where we wanna take a look at how vendors work when it comes to using the Vanta agent. With this example though, we're gonna go to the full chatting space here. Okay? Now this is your centralized workspace for interacting with Vanta intelligence layer across your entire program. So think of it as your, you know, your chat GBT. You upload all those links, documents, etcetera. You go to that workspace and you're able to ask and build along the way. Now remember, think of this as the compliance command center while the other icon is your pay specific micro tool. Okay? That's for those quick fixes, you know, different things on that area. Now what we wanna do here is take a look at how this work. We're gonna take a look at one vendor here. Let's do this here. We're gonna take a look at look at the Slack vendor and tell me what evidence we have accumulated from this vendor. And the reason why I'm asking this question is because I want you to see this space as a way to overview your program. Okay? Maybe you had some things come up and you're trying to figure out, okay. Let's let's figure out what we're working with. Let's see what evidence we have and what we're missing. Let's figure out these different components. And as you can see here, it took look at our entire program, our entire system with this vendor, and it has provided us with a summary of the evidence. And this vendor that we're looking at is Slack here. Okay? So we have a daily log review evidence here. So it's letting us know we have screenshots or records showing logs for Enscope systems or, you know, you know, things that coming from different Slack channels and notifications and etcetera. You have an admin log review evidence. We have operator log review evidence. But the beautiful component about all of this is that it's providing you a full view of your entire program. Now this is again useful for those, you know let's just tackle this as, you know, looking at what is going on entirely with our program, whether you want updates with certain things, general questions you just wanna ask, nothing page specific. I don't know why those s's were going everywhere just then. This is the place where you wanna do that. Okay? Now remember, AI first, but not AI only. And one way you help us to improve our AI is by giving some thumbs up and thumbs down when it comes to the helpfulness of the specific prompt response. Now remember, you can upload images here. Oh, there we go. You upload images here. You can, you know, go more in-depth with certain components. And when it comes to those images, another thing I wanna point out is that you can actually upload a screenshot that needs to go as a form of evidence and have the Vanta agent assist you with adding it to that specific evidence piece. Okay? That it can do. Okay? Because that's one feature that we actually have in place that functions in certain areas of our product. Alright. Now I wanna show you how this works more direct inside of a vendor. So we're gonna select the vendors tab here. And inside this vendors tab let me make sure my my screen is still showing. Okay. Perfect. Inside this vendors tab, we're gonna go to our vendors. I'm sorry. We're gonna go to security reviews. Now when we are performing those security reviews, it's very important for us to get the right information to confirm that things are functioning a specific way when it comes to that vendor, their practices, how they do things. And the best way to do that is by having them provide you with information when you are going through the vendor review process. So let's quickly do this because we speak about this in our third party risk review session, but I wanna show you very briefly. Let's take a look at this GitHub here. And the thing I wanna point out is how the AI functions here. Now when you select this ask Vanta AI button up top, it becomes a master of all the information here that this vendor has provided. So if it has provided, you know, ISO, you know, 2,701 reports, SOC two reports, any other documentation, pen test, if they have a trust center, Vanta AI will provide you with answers to those specific processes. Now as you can see here, there are seven things that the Vanta AI has flagged based off of the info given. And so far, the only thing that has been given is the trust center. Now as the vendor begins to fill out more info, the Vanta AI that is living on this vendor will be able to provide you with everything about this specific vendor, the inside and out. Okay? Now what's beautiful is that the Vanta AI is gonna give you a summary of the strength and weaknesses it has identified based off of the information it has pulled from the information given to it. Okay? This is helpful because it allows you to vet your vendor in a more strategic fashion, and you can use this information to vet the yes or the no if you decide to move forward or not move forward with that vendor. Okay? The reason why I wanna point this out is because this plays a part in making decisions quickly, and it's going to save you time along the way. Let me show you one more thing or a couple more things here that's extremely powerful. Let me select the where is it at? Let me find that view. Oh, I'm tripping. I forgot it's over here. Let me show you the vendor view real quick here and tie this into this component. Now this link here let me make sure you can see it. This is the link that you would share with your vendor to have them upload their documents. Now there's a specific process that we need them to follow in order for our AI to function very powerfully. And they have no choice but to follow it. Don't worry. They can't go outside the lines on this unless they chose they don't have it, which then, you know, that would make you as a, you know, business owner or admin or leader. You'll probably say, hey. I can't work with a vendor who doesn't have any type of documentation. Right? But the way it works is that when the vendor goes to this page, they're gonna be able to go here and upload the files based off of the documents that you're requesting. Now after they have uploaded these files, only then will they be able to complete the questionnaire here. Okay? This questionnaire does not open up until they provide that documentation. The reason why is because as they upload documentation, Vanta dot ai is going to complete some of these questions because we're gonna extract that data from the documentation, plug it into their answer you know, the answer to that specific response that it matches. And from that point, we're only gonna show them questions that need their full approval, which means we don't have any info from your contracts and your reports. We need you to actually fill out this part of the questionnaire. Okay? The goal here is to save you time and to save the vendor time. So that's why it's very important that when it comes to this process here, that the the vendor provides the documentation upfront in order for that to move forward. Let me go back here. Make sure you can see it. Now looking at this, this is where you're gonna see the Vanta AI provide you with the answers pulled from the data that the vendor has provided. Now, again, the way it's set up is that though the Vanta agent gives you this info, you are the final approver. Okay? So, again, it does not really you know, it doesn't put you in a position where the AI fully automates your program. Again, we want you to be the the leader of this. Right? We want you to champion the entire process. But it does cut down a lot of time because we provide the info to you. And not only that, let me open this up so you can see what's inside. We're gonna provide you with the source of where this info came from. So if you select the view sources side, you can see exactly where Vanta dot ai pulled this data. So anytime you're working with the agent, you're able to see exactly where this information is coming from. And remember, this is beneficial because now you have substance to back up this response and to confirm these practices are what they are. Now here's another bonus about this specific component is that when it comes to negotiating, right, let's just say you're working with this vendor, you you're still in negotiation aspects. Once they upload all their documentation, the Vanta agent and let me take you back here. You can use these weaknesses to negotiate a lower price. Okay? So if you decide to move forward, you can let them say, hey. I found some things here that may be an issue. But if you're willing to go to this amount here, we can we can move forward with it and just try to find a way for us to have a plan in place to mitigate these issues. Now remember, this is the Vanta agent, Vanta AI siphoning through this data to provide you with this information. And just like I shared with the questionnaire, it's gonna share with you exactly where it located those specific weaknesses. So you're able to source that info back to your vendor to have as a bargaining chip when you're making those negotiations. Now the reason we're starting to talk salesy now in terms of, like, how the Vanta agent can help you with your business practices is because we're about to get closer to the trust center. And remember, the trust center is how you close your deals. So when it comes to your vendors, you wanna make sure that you have enough information here to kind of vet and to negotiate in a way that benefits you and your organization. Okay? So, again, not only does Vanta helps you manage your entire security program, we're also able to provide you with information to ensure you get the right price for the type of deals that you get into. Okay? Let me see. I think that's all that I want to address on this. So, yeah, that's it. That's it. Alright, team. So now up next, we're gonna actually discuss how the Vanta questionnaire works, but let me check-in the chat here. Let me see if we have any questions that came up. Let's do Matt, you said, is that a setting that can be enabled and disabled? Are we talking about the strength the summary section here? Is that what you're referencing? Let me tap back and see. Let me know if that's what you're talking about or if you're just talking about vanta.ai and your vendors in general. That's about the not answering the questionnaire to uploading doc oh, yeah. Yeah. Gotcha. Gotcha. Yeah. Yeah. So with that specific setting, let me take you back here. Let me make sure we're gonna to our settings. Let me go to vendors. I believe you can turn that off. Or did they keep that in other settings? Security review rules, I think. This is it. Yes. In this section. Here we go. You can actually turn this off to a specific well, let me check here. I guess yeah. Yeah. You can. You can. You can actually turn that off, and then it'll prevent that process from happening. But, again, if the idea is for you to speed you know, streamline that process, definitely leave that on. But I could definitely understand how you wanna turn it off. Just know that if you turn it off, it turns it off for all vendors. So you can't do it for one specific vendor. You have to turn it off for your entire vendor side of the program. Yeah. But great question, Matt. Great question. Alright, team. Now this next component, I'm not able to actually show it in the demo because we're still working with our software. It won't allow me to share that screen, but that is where we discuss how to do the questionnaire component. Right? The completing that portal questionnaire within the browser extension. Instead, what I what I have for you is some documentation. We're working on trying to add this into our demo. Currently, when I try to share that screen, it won't show you exactly what I'm doing. For some reason, the software we're using is kinda blocking it out. But we're working through those kinks. Hopefully, we'll have it squared away before the next Vanta AI training. But what I'm gonna share with you right now are key articles to use in order for it to function. I'm gonna discuss how it works. Okay? This is the first one. And the second one, let me put that here. And let me also title this so you know exactly what I'm posting. Let's see. Question here. And these specific articles are gonna, number one, help you set it up. And then number two, the second specific article is going to assist you with the implementation of it. Okay? So let me add that one in here too. Perfect. Perfect. Alright. I'm gonna share this in the chat. Definitely save these specific articles. They're gonna help you with that process and show you how it works. But the way that this function is that you can have the Vanta agent on your browser I mean, the Vanta browser extension on your browser. Right? And what happens is you're able to go in and source information based off of customers' questions. Right? So as you have specific components come in, you're able to actually fill those specific questions in order for you to answer them based on your customer's inquiries. Now this is leading into the trust center, okay, which we're gonna see exactly how certain things work once we get in there fully. But when it comes to our trust center, those questionnaires that you receive from those vendors that or customers, we're not even gonna say vendors. Let's call them customers. Those customers that are interested in your product and services, but they have key specific questions about your security practices, you can literally have them send you whatever spreadsheet they have or whatever they provide to you. And from that point, the browser extension will help you to fill those out and complete those, okay, in real time. Now let me show you how just the trust center function as a whole to really navigate through a lot of your customer questions and to fill things out. But before we do that, we gotta turn it on. And to do that, remember the new power method, which you'll see pretty soon, if not if it's not already showing on your profile or your account, is that all of your settings are gonna be found in the settings column. K? So we wanna locate trust customer trust here, and we want to scroll all the way to the bottom until we see enable the AI chatbot. Now the reason why this is important to enable is because once you have in house fully set up, which we do, right, we went through everything as, you know, through an example. Right? Now you're ready for the public to explore those resources and ask questions, get details, and etcetera. So by enabling this AI chatbot, it will now be accessible for those to use when they go to our trust center. Almost said help center. Now there's some access point options here. I don't wanna discuss these very quickly here. You can have the internal use only turned on, but remember, this means that when customers view your trust center, they won't be able to access the AI chatbot. You can have authenticated viewers turned on, and this is where you add specific domains that can access your trust center, and then they'll be able to access your AI chatbot within the trust center because of their domain. But the one that we highly suggest is all viewers, and here's why. Remember, you can have a NDA set up for certain files if you want to. Okay? So if there are certain components that you don't want publicly accessible or easily accessible, you can set up a NDA to make that possible to, you know, prevent that from being easily accessible from customers. But other than that, you want everything else to be accessible because it makes it easier for them to get the information they need to close a deal with you in real time. Okay? I would highly suggest all viewers. I'm leaving it as internal use only because we're in a test account and, you know, we kinda use these screenshots on our website. But that option will make it easy for customers to go in and get the info that they need. Now the chatbot open by default, you can definitely turn this on. The reason why it's beneficial when you turn it on is that as soon as they go to your trust center, the bot will open, and it will ask them how can I help you? It's almost like having a person available in real time to guide them through to answer any specific questions. You're gonna see this once we do the preview side of things, but I wanna show you how to turn it on first. Now once we have this on, we're officially engaged to have our trust center AI functioning. So, again, it's no longer just, you know, sitting in there, becomes a twenty four seven security researcher living on your website, ready to take, you know, the burden of a lot of those questions off your plate, and it's gonna help you turn and focus on those complex security work items rather than you having to answer those nuanced questions. Now what we wanna do is take a look at one more thing here while we're in this section because I believe it is over here now. Let me select advance. Okay. Maybe it's not. I'm still trying to get familiar where they're moving a lot of these new things here. Here we go. Perfect. Question answering. Okay? Now this is important because this help this is how you kinda program your trust center AI. Okay? When it comes to the answer verbosity now the reason why this is important is because this is where and I highlight this on purpose so you can understand it here. This is where it kinda gives the response, way that it gives it, the functionality, the the level of context that you want it to actually display. And con concise is a great option because, again, it's making it straight to the point. Right? It's making sure that the information is not giving it a full story, but it's answering their questions and moving forward. And then you have standard as an option. This, you know, it gives a little bit more details than precise and then extensive. That's where you're gonna get those very detailed responses. So based on how you want your Vanta AI to function on your trust center will determine the level of info that you want to allow I mean, not info, but the verbosity that you want to allow here. Now moving on to this, you can add instructions to your Vanta Trust Center AI here. Now this is gonna be helpful because it's almost programming the likeness and nature of the AI bot. Definitely, I would say one method to approach this is, you know, use a another AI tool to kinda build out the persona that you want your AI bot to have. And then from that point, paste it in here and make sure that it's meeting your entire goal. Okay? You can only have up to 2,000 characters. Keep that in mind. But this is extremely helpful because you're able to ensure that it gives off almost like the same brand element that your company is known for. Okay? So definitely use this as a way to build out the personality, the likeness of your AI bot. Alright. And this automation, this is a brand new feature. I'm not really all the way in tune with how this work fully yet. I know it's still in preview mode, is why you see preview. It's still in, I think, beta mode. But once we have a little bit more info, I'll definitely add this to our training here. Alright, team. So we have it activated. We have it turned on. Now let's take a look at our customer trust tab here, and I want you to see how it actually looks. We're gonna go to trust center here. So remember, this page functions as the layout of how you grant access, how you review your access request, how you make updates to your trust center, how you can evaluate your subscribers. I want you to see how the Vanta AI looks on your trust center now. Okay? So we're gonna select view. Now that we are on the view page, we wanna adjust our layout here so that way we can see it. And based off of the settings we have, since we have the pop up turned on, we have the Vanta AI populating here. Okay? Now the reason why this is beneficial is because now as soon as customers come to your page, they're able to ask questions about your entire program here. Now in our trust center workshop, which you can find that in the docs tab, I believe the live training link should be there as well. I'll share a live training road map towards the end. We go more in-depth on how to set up your customer trust center to be extremely powerful so that way your advanced AI has even more info there. But this AI is basically giving information about everything you have allowed in your knowledge base, your resources, your approved controls, your approved processors, your approved layout components, documents, etcetera, is going to pull information from there. Okay? So whatever you have listed is gonna make sure it's providing that info. So let's probably ask let's ask it a random question here to see what happens. How does this company handles PII? We're gonna hit enter here, and it has provided us with an answer. Now you can also see that the experience is a little bit different from the one we have in house. Right? On the one in house, you saw thinking. You saw the files it was looking through, all that sort of thing. In this case here, we wanted to act in a more quicker fashion, which is why we have you kinda programmed the brain by approving those policies, approving those vendors, vetting those other components. And then from that point, you're able to have the Vanta AI I mean, Trust Center AI to come in and provide a quick snappy answer based off the information that we have inside. So as we can see here, it's saying it handles it by implementing policies and safeguards to ensure its security, confidentiality, and privacy. And then PII is only processed when there is a legal basis. Okay? So you're able to see that info and exactly which policy it it pulled it from. Okay? Now one caveat here is that you wanna make sure that whatever you add has been approved. Okay? That approval process goes through the same process that we showed previously where once you go to your policy sections, you approve the policy. Once it's approved, it's made available and accessible. And then you can add it to your trust center knowledge base as a place for it to pull that info. Okay? So for those of you with the trust center feature, definitely play around with this specific element to see how well it goes in, program its language and background and etcetera, and you'll eventually see it to function as a, you know, digital member of your team. Alright. Now before I share another component here in the trust syndrome, let me check the chat, see if we have any questions here. Jerry, you said, where is this in settings? Yeah. I don't think it's in your settings yet. Let's see. Yeah. Matt shared it right here. Yes. Under that section. So in your trust center settings let me show you. Because, yeah, I wish they I wish I had a actual testing environment that looked just like yours. It'll make it easier for me. But if you go to customer trust, you may have a it should be like a settings tab here instead of that section that I was in. But, eventually, every setting will be in the same section that I was previously in. So let me know if that works for you, Matt. I mean, not Matt. Jerry. And Jill said the advanced settings tab not available in my instance. Is that just a new feature that's not publicly probably oh my gosh. That's is that that is crazy. Oh, okay. You found it. Okay. Got it. Jerry, you found it. It's good. No problem. No problem. Jill, I'm not sure. That is a great question. Let me check here. You said the advanced tab, you didn't see that. So in the settings let me check here. You know what? It might actually be because this is where you connect your CRM at. It might be called something else. Let me see here. It wouldn't be activity. Oh, they already dropped the commitments here too. I gotta add that to the next one. Yeah. I'm not sure specifically. I'm gonna take a look into that, Jill, and see if that lives someplace else. But if you have the trust center feature, you should have the ability to connect your CRM, if I'm not mistaken. But I'll definitely look into that and follow-up with you offline and see what's going on with that. But that's a great question. Yeah. If anyone else can find if you see the CRM info in a different tab, let me know in the chat exactly where you saw that, if anyone's able to see it on your end. If not, it's completely okay. I'll definitely still follow-up with you offline, Jill. You can say, yes. We have a trust no problem at all, Jill. And you're using it more and more for yeah. Yeah. It's it's gonna be a great tool, and it definitely will help you to really close a lot of deals over time. But definitely, Jerry said, I guess I just missed a setting for allow users to use Vanta yeah. Oh, okay. Gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. Yeah. Let me know if you run into any other questions with that, Jerry. But, yeah, you should be good to go since you found that setting and turned it on. Alright, team. One thing I wanna point out here before we wrap things up here. When it comes to your trust center, this knowledge base is gonna be your your, I'm talking about your baby. It's like the brain for your Vance AI. Okay? And what's also beautiful is this coverage insights tab here. The reason why this is beautiful is because you're able to see oh, man. Don't tell me it's a preview feature. Okay. If you don't see this feature, I do apologize. I gotta we're working on getting a testing environment where we can see exactly what you see and not things that aren't fully released yet because it's kinda hard to see on our end. But if you don't see this, just know this is to come. But this coverage insight gives you just some, you know, insight into, you know, how many questions your knowledge base can handle on its own. You're able to filter it and see that data. You're able to see a breakdown of each topic, which is extremely helpful because it helps you to, you know, build out better resources or even provide, you know, better context in these areas. And then this conflicts tab here, you're gonna love this. It's preview too. Okay. I gotta figure out dates on these. I'm gonna figure this out y'all to make sure you have the right info. But if you don't see this conflicts tab, this is gonna be helpful because this is where vanta.ai searches through your documentation, and it will find some conflicting answers. So for example, it says contradictory responses on personnel identity management, and it's showing, like, three entries. Then we're gonna select review. Right? And you can see exactly the summary of what it found. It's gonna give you where these conflicts are occurring at. And then from that point, you're able to make updates to your documentation to reflect what the Vanta dot ai has found. Okay? So, again, this is v one where Vanta dot ai is providing you with information, right, for you to make an action on it. Remember future v two, which should be way before this year ends. I'm thinking, like, three, four months from now. V two is where Vanta dot ai is able to do these things for you. Okay? The Vanta agent is gonna run and complete these actions without you having to touch it. Okay? You just give it the approval for specific actions, and it's going to do the thing. Okay? So in this case, it's providing you with info to help you know that there's some answers that we wanna, you know, resolve here so that way we can reduce any friction if customers ask these specific questions. And, again, this resources is how you build out the brain for your Trust Center AI. Okay? Now this concludes our session, but I got some steps for you real quick before we go deeper into this. Let me share this before we actually do this. And let me see. We got in chat. You said knowledge base does show up. Okay. Gotcha. That's great. That's great. Yeah. Hopefully, the insights and the coverage does I mean, coverage insights does and the, what's happened is that, the conflicts too. I think those are gonna be extremely helpful. Again, closing those deals, getting those customers to get things in motion. Let me share this slide with you here. Alright. Now next steps. Right? And some of you may have done this during our training, is completely okay, but you wanna enable the brain, which means heading to your settings, heading to the AI settings and turn the Vanta AI on. Step two, empower your team. You wanna find some failing tests, and you wanna use the Vanta agent to troubleshoot it, and you wanna go through each one to make sure that, you know, you're understanding how to use that Vanta agent on the page specific layout. Step three, you wanna go through your vendors, and you wanna use the agent side panel to summarize the evidence. Use those summaries that the Vanta AI provides to leverage, you know, closing when it comes to specific vendors, get those discounts in place, or at least to have some type of power or, you know, vetting power to negotiate. And then step four, you wanna scale your growth. So once everything internally has been set up, you wanna go ahead and turn on that trust center chatbot, you wanna let your prospects go in and self serve. Okay? So this is gonna help them to get the most out of the information that you have accessible in your trust center. Okay? Remember that resource page is where you can really load up a lot of that info for your knowledge base. This is gonna allow you to, again, program that Vanta agent. I mean, I keep saying Vanta agent, but that's the trust center agent to function more robust in a way where you can literally get a lot of great info to your customers in real time. Also too for those settings, I wanna point that out. When it comes to those settings on where you can kinda gate the chatbot, remember, I highly suggest that you allow everyone to access it, and you can just use your NDA integration to, you know, kinda close off some of those policies. I think that's the best route to do it because, again, that trust center, the more info you have accessible to your customers, the quicker it is for them to close a deal with you. Okay? We've seen that when it comes to some of our largest customers to even our smallest customers. It's a great advantage when you don't gate it because they're able to get the answers they need in real time. And think about it too. Sometimes your customers are not online when you are. So it makes it easy for them to have the info they need to go ahead and move forward with closing the deal with your organization. Okay? Now these same steps are gonna be included in the follow-up email that you'll receive in twenty four hours. In that same email, you're gonna get a get a link to this recording. Feel free to play it back at any time. One more gift that I'm gonna share with you, and actually, let me, yeah, let me share this with you here. Here's our live training road map. This is gonna help you with our additional trainings. Feel free to definitely check that out. Sign up for some additional trainings that we have accessible to get the most out of Vanta. I would love to see you in those different trainings as well. Also too, and y'all are gonna love this because it just been released about, what, three weeks ago, two weeks ago? But our Vanta community is live, and it is interact I mean, not yeah. Interactive. I a say in act interactive. Please sign up for the Vansing community. When I say we have our community program manager here who is running this so efficiently, he has designed this space for you to interact with other customers in real time. Not only that, you're able to also connect with us. We're in the channel as well. You're also able to share product feedback, get access to betas, and different things like that. So by all means, you're a Vanta customer, please join. It's completely free. We even have speakers come in from time to time to break down different components there as well. Okay? And one more thing, if you could do this for me, I'm gonna share a link to our feedback form. I would love to get your feedback on myself. But also, more importantly, this is so important. And please, please, please, let us know what type of different trainings you'll like to see that we don't currently offer. If there's a subject that you realize we don't touch in our trainings, we would love to get your feedback on that. We build all of our training programs based on your feedback, so feel free to share that info there. We would love to build some new different things in the future. I'll say this, keep on a lookout for a lot of our some of our audit trainings and etcetera to be blended to where we have more of a, we'll say, GRC led direction. We just brought a team member on that's joining the team that's gonna really I'm talking about bringing some great value. He's gonna give you some very strategic things to do for audits, strategic things to do for managing risk beyond just the platform. We actually have he's such a great guy. Can't wait for you to meet him. His name is Karim. He's gonna be really leading that eventually. You should see that roll out probably in the next couple of months. We're still getting them ramped up, and I'm helping them build things out so that way he feels comfortable. But definitely look out for that training in the future. And as I shared previously, I'd love to see you in our future trainings. If there's not any additional questions, thank you so much for attending this training today. Oh, I do see a question, Patrick. No problem at all, Patrick. You said I was more general for the academy. Are there any plans to add more exams? Oh, yeah. Great question. I'm glad you asked that. Believe it or not, we're vetting a new LMS system. And the new LMS that we're looking for that we're almost at the final stages is going to allow us to offer actual trainings and modules that can go towards your CPEs and etcetera. We're really about to build out our academy to be more than just a place to learn a product, but a place for you to also achieve some of your requirements for your certifications, and we're gonna go more in-depth in this industry. So we're working on that in the next couple of months. And I would say probably around the summertime, it should be fully ready to go. We just have to get that new LMS and that sort of thing. And then from that point, we're gonna offer different certifications beyond just the Vance certified admin. We're gonna have user user certifications. We're gonna have some other ones, and we're gonna also build out some certifications that will actually go towards any CPEs. So for any of you that have CPE requirements for your certification, just know we're working on some things that's gonna really help you out in that area. That's a great question, Patrick. Yeah. No problem at all. So, again, even though you're a Vanta customer, we have a lot more value to add while you're using our product. We wanna make sure that not only do you become a master of our software, but if we can find a way to help you with your own career and etcetera, we're building program based on that. So, again, look out for those CPE trainings in the future. We really got some great things in store for you. Alright, team. Enjoy your Wednesday, and I look forward to training some of you again this week and beyond. Thank you, team.
